Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Establish staffing requirements and plan for appropriate utilization of human resources.
• Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction; oversee improvement measures.
• Facilitate care delivery with a patient-focused model.
• Support case management per Advocate Trinity Hospital protocols.
