Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care to promote understanding.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
