AdventHealth's Lenexa City Center facility is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Weekend Work Program on a Part Time Night shift. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualified applicants hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an RN license, BLS, and are able to work weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• RN license required (registered nurse).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Able to work weekend nights and participate in the weekend program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocol.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
