Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center is offering a year‑long RN Residency Program designed to transition new graduates into registered nurses with hands‑on clinical experience. Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment
• Other certifications may be required during employment
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by providers and document care
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, plan of care, medications, and follow-up
