ProMedica Bay Park Hospital is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the care team, and strong communication with patients and families in a fast-paced ICU setting.

You will coordinate care plans, perform nursing assessments, and participate in implementing and evaluating patient outcomes. A current RN license in Ohio and valid CPR certification are required; a BSN is preferred.

Competenze

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• 24 hours of continuing education during licensure period with at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

• Coordinate and manage a patient’s plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
