This onsite role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and flexible hours per the offer letter. The position requires an Ohio RN license, a nursing diploma or ADN, and BLS/ACLS within 90 days (PALS/NRP within 90 days as applicable).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or ADN from an accredited program.
• Ohio RN license required by time of hire.
• BLS, ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days; NRP within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values and needs.
• Collaborate with health care providers to achieve best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families from admission to discharge.
• Support safety culture in daily duties and environment.
• Work hours per week as stated in offer or transfer terms; overtime possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
