Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• State RN licensure.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS with cards in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Mentor individuals and contribute to evidence-based practice.
• Precept new staff and maintain safety and quality.
