Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an ICU RN for a full-time, onsite role in the Burn Trauma Unit. Responsibilities include direct patient care in a complex ICU, working a day/night rotation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Minimum requirements include an accredited RN program completion with state licensure, 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship, and BLS/ACLS certification valid through 60 days post-hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with state RN licensure.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification required at start and cards valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Model proficiency through precepting new staff or learners as appropriate.
