Use nursing process to plan and deliver care, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise unlicensed staff to support safe, high-quality patient experiences across a Magnet-certified care network.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the ICU.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety and high quality patient experiences.
