Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN - ICU for the Highland Park, Illinois location. The position is full-time on a 7pm–7:30am night shift with rotating weekends, offering a competitive hourly pay range based on experience.

Required IL nursing licensure and BLS/CPR; BSN preferred and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience is desirable. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and guiding unlicensed staff while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
