Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a part-time RN for the Cardiac Neuro ICU in Naperville, IL. The role offers day shifts (7:00am-7:30pm) with weekend rotation and requires 5 years of critical care nursing experience along with IL RN licensure and ongoing ACLS certification within six months of start date.

The position emphasizes professional growth, competitive premium pay, and access to comprehensive benefits. A BSN is preferred, with ADN holders encouraged to complete their BSN within five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
• 5 years of RN critical care experience.
• If ADN is highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state practice act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
