Job summary

Baptist Health (Jacksonville) in Florida is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Full-time Night shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires. You will deliver critical care using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians, and support families in high-acuity situations.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or BSN, with 1–2 years of cardiac and telemetry experience and an active RN license. BLS is required; ACLS and CCRN are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Cardiac Experience preferred.
• 1-2 years Telemetry Experience.
• Hospital experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in medical, surgical, or other units using nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary services.
• Educate patients and families about disease and plan of care.
• Advocate for patients and participate in unit activities and staff meetings.
