Baptist Health (Jacksonville) is seeking an experienced Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse to join the Baptist Beaches ICU on the night shift. The role includes caring for patients with medical and surgical conditions, coordinating with other departments, and educating patients and families about their disease processes and plans of care.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires. Requirements include an RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years of cardiac and telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• CCRN certification preferred
• RN license active in the state of Florida or otherwise eligible to practice

Responsabilités

• Provide care to patients with medical/surgical conditions or undergoing procedures in an ICU setting
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and plans of care
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments to coordinate patient care
• Advocate for patients and participate in unit activities and staff meetings
