Job summary

Baptist Nassau is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The role includes direct patient care for critical patients, coordination with a multidisciplinary team, and advocating for patients and families. A $3,750 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires.

Required education is ASN with RN license; 1–2 years of cardiac and telemetry experience is preferred. ACLS/BLS certifications are required or preferred per policy.

Qualifications

• Education: ASN required or BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years cardiac experience preferred.
• 1–2 years telemetry experience.
• Hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ICU patients using nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary staff.
• Educate patients and families about disease and plan of care.
• Advocate for patients and ensure safety.
• Participate in unit meetings and round with team.
