Job summary

Advocate Health is recruiting registered nurses for the 10L Medical ICU at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. The role involves night shifts (1900-0730) with rotating weekends and holidays, 36 hours per week, in a full-time schedule.

The unit handles high-acuity cases including ARDS, shock, organ failures, and complex postoperative care. Attendees for the recruitment event will explore opportunities within our Medical ICU teams, meet nursing leaders, tour the facility, and discuss growth

Qualifications

• RN with valid US nursing license.
• 1+ year Progressive Care and/or ICU experience preferred, or 2+ years Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity ICU patients, including monitoring and interventions.
• Assist with intubations and bedside procedures as needed.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
