Job summary

Kingman Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across medical-surgical and specialty units. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Requirements include an Arizona RN license, BLS, and specialized certifications (EKG, ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.). The position emphasizes safety, patient advocacy, and quality improvement within a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire (various units).
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification upon hire for multiple units, within specified times.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire/transfer; AWHONN Fetal Monitor required with 6/12 month milestones.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care in compliance with Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care in collaboration with the patient and team.
• Coordinate with physicians, unit staff, and patients to ensure quality care and safety.
• Lead nursing activities and guide orientation for new staff on the unit.

Graduate of a Nursing Diploma program
