Job summary

Join Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine as a Registered Nurse in a demanding ICU environment. FT Days 7am-7pm, 1 year ICU experience required, and a $5K sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN with ICU experience preferred.
• Licensure as registered nurse in Texas.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU setting.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
