Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee seeks an experienced or newly licensed RN for its Medical Respiratory ICU. The unit provides state-of-the-art care for COPD, CHF, sepsis, and obstetric patients, with a mentorship-oriented environment and a Magnet Designated Facility distinction.

We offer a Nurse Residency program and shift differentials to attract top talent, including a Night differential of $5/hr and a Weekend differential of $4/hr.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interest in service and health equity.
• Commitment to teamwork, communication and professional growth.
• New grads with strong clinical experiences welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to ensure patient safety and experience.
