Mercy Health in Lorain, OH seeks a Clinical Nurse II to lead a care delivery team and coordinate comprehensive patient care across age groups. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, while precepting new staff and contributing to the Mercy Clinical Ladder.

The role requires Ohio RN licensure, ACLS and CPR certification, ongoing education, and strong communication skills to colleagues and patients. This full‑time position includes weekend rotation and benefits.

Formación

• Graduation from a state-accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Completion of orientation and probationary period.
• Minimum 12 contact hours/year CE including CPR/Fire Safety; ACLS required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead care delivery for a patient group; coordinate nursing care.
• Direct care with independent assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Precept new employees and participate in the Mercy Clinical Ladder.
