Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nursing department. The role involves providing evidence-based patient care under the physician's direction and within the Arizona Nurse Practice Act, while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with the care team to monitor patient progress and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma program graduate.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within required timeframes.
• NRP, STABLE, and fetal monitoring coursework preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following nursing process and standards.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with unit staff to ensure efficient patient flow and safety.
• Maintain patient records and document care and outcomes.
