Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within Medical-Surgical and specialized units. You will apply the nursing process, perform assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and the health care team.

Requires active Arizona RN license, BLS, and certification requirements depending on unit assignments (EKG, ACLS, PALS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., etc.).

Qualificações

• Active, current Arizona RN license or compact state license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Basic EKG competency within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire; NM/3 months for certain units.
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• S.T.A.B.L.E. within 6 months of hire/transfer; Basic course to be completed within 6 months.
• AWHONN Fetal Monitor Course: Basic and intermediate courses within specified timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to prevent Healthcare Acquired Conditions and readmissions.
• Perform nursing assessments according to unit policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Coordinate nursing care and communicate across disciplines to ensure patient safety.
• Lead nursing personnel and support patient satisfaction and quality initiatives.
