Henry Ford Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our regional float pool. You will provide direct patient care across multiple units, perform assessments, administer medications, and support patient education while adapting to diverse clinical environments.

Work nights with flexible scheduling, leading to varied experiences and professional growth within a nationally recognized health system. Teams value collaboration and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations.
• Current Michigan RN licensure and BLS/ACLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify changes or complications.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and post-operative care as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Orient rapidly to different units and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain safe patient care standards.
• Work assigned day and night shifts as scheduled.
