Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units and develop care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes.
• Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative care.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Orient to different units and adjust to float pool requirements.
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately.
