Job summary

Henry Ford Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the regional float pool. You will provide direct patient care across units, perform assessments, and implement nursing plans while adapting to diverse clinical settings.

Shifts available: Nights; 24 hours per month contingent; flexible scheduling, opportunities to gain experience across multiple units, and a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units and develop care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify complications.
• Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative care.
• Document assessments and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with leadership to support quality initiatives.
• Work day and night shifts as scheduled.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
