Qualifications

• ALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date.
• RN credentialed by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care following established protocols and best practices.
• Manage the entire patient care journey, documenting progress and executing orders promptly.
• Coordinate care across disciplines, serving as primary liaison for seamless patient services and outcomes.
• Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure safe transition home.
