Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week, onsite night-shift assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires EPIC EMR proficiency, 12-hour night shifts, and 1:3-4 patient ratios with weekend/holiday rotation every other weekend.

The unit is magnet-designated with strong teamwork and a focus on evidence-based practice. Candidates must have 4+ years ICU experience, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and appropriate licensure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years ICU nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level neuro ICU patient care with appropriate monitoring and interventions.
• Manage vents, lines, sedation, and vasopressor support as per protocol.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based care.
• Documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
