Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI is seeking an inpatient registered nurse (RN) to join our ICU and IMC teams within our Critical Care services. You will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license and be eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
• ACLS certification and CPR/BLS required.
• Experience in ICU/IMC or critical care settings preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU and/or IMC.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
• Document assessments and care plans in the EHR.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care.
