Job summary

Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital in Rocky Mount, VA seeks an RN for the ICU. Full-time days with weekend rotation, offering a $20K sign-on for experienced RNs and $10K for new grads.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care across age groups, performing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. You will collaborate with the care team, document in EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives in a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• AHA BLS-HCP required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required by area.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care for patients of all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document care and administer treatments and medications.
