Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking an RN for the ICU. The 24-bed unit seeks a minimum of 1 year ICU experience with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. This full-time night shift offers 36 hours per week with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ICU experience strongly preferred.
• BSN/MSN preferred for leadership and advanced practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care in a 24-bed ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the Unit Educator, Unit Coordinator and RN Manager to ensure quality care.
