Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for Clermont Hospital to deliver high-level patient care in a critical care setting. The role requires strong assessment, planning, and collaboration with the care team to develop and execute care plans for acutely ill patients.

Required is a current RN license and BLS/ACLS; PALS is preferred for pediatric units. At least 1 year of RN experience is needed, with 6 months in Med/Surg, CCU, Stepdown, or ED preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State RN licensure is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required or preferred; PALS is preferred for pediatric units.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 6 months in ICU/Med-Surg/ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess and plan patient care; implement treatment.
• Prioritize information and act on clinical judgement.
• Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
