Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an ICU/CCRN Registered Nurse at St. Charles Hospital to deliver high-level critical care. You will assess patient status, lead care planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of Ohio or eligible to obtain licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS preferred for pediatric units.
• 1 year of RN experience in a relevant setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a care plan.
• Administer medications safely according to policies and procedures.
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions with clinical judgement.
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care and documentation.
