Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) at Christiana Hospital in Maryland. This Full-Time Flex role offers night shifts with day rotations, totaling 36 hours per week.

You will provide expert care for critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families to deliver life-saving interventions. Required BSN (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years) and minimum 1 year acute care experience; BLS is required, ACLS

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions.
