ChristianaCare’s Medical ICU at Christiana Hospital in Maryland is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical Intensive Care Unit. This Full-Time Flex role offers 36 hours per week with night shifts and day shift rotations, on-site at the hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN required; ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team for interventions.
• Advocate for patients and families during vulnerable moments.
• Use advanced monitoring strategies to improve outcomes.
