HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, located in Gainesville, FL, is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and state requirements. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to provide individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models and to advocate for patients and families.

Formación

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN
• Registered Nurse Diploma completed and eligible for licensure in Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with medical providers and care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures.
• Implements evidence-based practices and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates and delivers holistic treatment plans to support recovery.
