Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for the ICU to provide direct patient care, education, and coordinate transitions of care across the unit. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and quality improvement within our high-acuity environment.

You will work nights with rotating holidays, and must have BLS/ACLS, RN licensure, and ideally BSN. Mayo offers competitive compensation, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• One year of RN experience in an ICU setting.
• BSN preferred.
• Maintains ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Internal candidates with Mayo Clinic advanced programs may be considered.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and patient education.
• Provide leadership and mentorship, and participate in committees or projects.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level and resource availability.
• May be required to drive a personal vehicle as part of the role.
• Support nursing practice within Mayo Clinic's ICU and care continuum.
