Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, provide patient and family education, and support transitions of care across the continuum. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, demonstrating leadership, communication, and critical thinking in a team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, RN license, and has at least one year of ICU/PACU/ED experience. BLS is required; ACLS on hire.

Formación

• Graduation from a baccalaureate nursing program (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognized).
• RN with current license; ACLS preferred upon hire.
• One year of RN critical care experience required in ICU, PACU, or ED.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and team activities.
• Mentor peers and participate in committees as needed.
