Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care across the continuum in our Phoenix/Scottsdale campuses. The RN will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care within a Nursing Professional Practice model.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and advancing patient outcomes through evidence-based practice. ACLS/BLS; state RN license required; ICU/PACU/ED experience valued.

Qualifications

• RN with BLS; ACLS required on hire.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• 1 year of RN critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and deliver direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families; facilitate transitions of care.
