Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, providing leadership and mentorship, and may participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required: BSN, RN license, ACLS on hire, and 1 year of ICU/PACU/ED experience. Flexible hours, on-call, and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program, as recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• 1 year of RN critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements; BLS competency; ACLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care.
• Provide leadership within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
