Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and may take on leadership roles and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications include a BSN, active RN license, BLS and ACLS on hire, and at least 1 year of critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED. This role requires flexibility for shifts and hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program, recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• RN license by applicable state requirements; BLS; ACLS required upon hire.
• 1 year of RN critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and quality improvement involvement.
