Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Staff RN for the ICU on a 36-hour day flex schedule (6:45am-7:15pm) at FCCC. The RN assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients under physician direction, collaborating with families and health-care team to individualize care.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, a BSN preferred, and active PA RN licensure with BLS. At least 2 years in a clinical specialty is preferred; an MSCompact license is also required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (required).
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 2 years experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and health-care team to individualize patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
• Professional education, training or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
