Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Multistate Compact RN license required or
• Bachelor's degree preferred for nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and health care team using the nursing process to individualize care.
• Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
• Professional education or additional certifications may be required by specialty area.
