Job summary

Temple-Health is seeking an RN Staff/Clinical Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit (7A). This full-time 36-hour week Day Flex shift is based at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA.

The role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician direction. You will collaborate with families and the care team, and supervise nursing support staff to meet nursing standards and departmental policies. PA RN license, BLS, and a Multi-State Compact RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and health care team to individualize care and coordinate with the nursing staff.
• Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to standards and policies.
