Temple-Health is seeking an RN staff/clinic nurse for the Neonatal ICU at the Womens and Families Campus. The position is 36 hours per week, night flex shift (7pm-7:30am) in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities include assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician direction, collaborating with families and care teams, and directing nursing support staff per standards. PA RN license is required; experience in neonatal/clinical specialty is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and the health care team using the nursing process to individualize patient care.
• Directs nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards and policies.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
