Temple Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Staff RN for ICU with a 36-hour weekly schedule (Day Flex: 6:45am–7:15pm). This Full-Time position requires strong ICU nursing skills and collaboration with physicians, APCs, and care teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a PA RN license, BLS, and a BSN, with at least 2 years in critical care preferred; additional certifications and a compact license are a plus.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• PA Registered Nurse license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• 2 years experience in ICU or clinical specialty preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ICU patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, APCs, and care teams to individualize care.
• Direct nursing staff in accordance with standards and policies
