Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure required; BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
