Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines across our main campus. The role requires experience with critically ill patients and comfort floating between CVICU, SICU, and MICU.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide evidence-based nursing care, and participate in handoffs and safety initiatives to sustain excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for critically ill patients in ICU settings.
• Ability to float between CVICU, SICU and MICU as needed.
• Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Float between ICU environments to support multiple service lines.
• Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Communicate with physicians, RNs, and other health team members using SBAR.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and participate in handoffs.
