Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the United States.
• Minimum ICU or critical care experience required.
• Ability to float between multiple ICU environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICUs with evidence-based practices.
• Float between CVICU, SICU, and MICU to support patient needs.
• Assist with other hospital areas as staffing requires.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
