Position Type: 3 Month or 6 Month

Shifts Available: Nights 7p-730a

Rate of Pay: $65/HR

PRN Rate: $55.00

This position is hired at a flat rate of $65/hour. The posted range reflects internal compensation structure and compliance with pay transparency requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Here at BridgePoint our ICU Registered Nurse RN provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect critical patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. The ICU Registered Nurse RN develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. The ICU Registered Nurse RN communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. The ICU Registered Nurse RN participates in discharge planning process.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.

Licenses/Certification:

Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. BLS & ACLS required

Experience:

Minimum of six months’ ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.
