BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital – Capitol Hill in Washington, DC is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (7p-7:30a) on a 3- or 6-month contract. The role offers a flat $65/hour pay rate, with a PRN rate of $55. Access to Daily Pay and weekend options are included.

Requires BSN/ADN or Diploma, current RN license, BLS & ACLS, and ICU experience. Commitment of 3 shifts/week and weekends is needed. Join a team-focused environment dedicated to patient care and staff development.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS & ACLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect critical patient care in ICU following the nursing process.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate patient status changes with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and team.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
