Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments considering age-related factors and safety.

• Document treatments, observations, and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and perform treatments following standards of care.
• Participate in discharge planning from admission and ensure patient teaching is understood.
